We mostly offer compact and simply furnished superior or standard single bedrooms with en-suite bath/shower. WiFi is included plus a telephone for internal and external calls. Our rooms, which have built in wardrobes and useful storage space, include a kettle, TV and refrigerator (but no cooking facilities) and are generally serviced daily (making the bed, cleaning the bathroom, emptying waste-bins and vacuuming). Bed linen/towels are changed weekly.
We have an experienced maintenance team available during the day and to deal with emergency repairs at other times. Other services include our 24/7 reception which monitors access to the House helping to ensure that only those entitled to do so enter.

Our charges for residential stays include breakfast & evening meal. Residents can also invite guests to join them for dinner by prior arrangement and visitors staying on a bed & breakfast basis can also choose to take dinner at an extra charge (please book in advance with reception). Meals are provided in the communal dining room. At breakfast you can choose from an extensive choice of juices, cereals and a hot selection. Dinner ranges from traditional British cuisine to international dishes and includes a choice of starter, main courses and desserts. You can also order a cold light supper to eat in your room as an alternative to dinner.
