We mostly offer compact and simply furnished premium or standard single bedrooms with en-suite bath/shower. WiFi is included plus a telephone for internal and external calls. Our rooms, which have built in wardrobes and useful storage space, include a kettle, TV and refrigerator (but no cooking facilities) and are generally serviced daily (making the bed, cleaning the bathroom, emptying waste-bins and vacuuming). Bed linen/towels are changed weekly.
We have an experienced maintenance team available during the day and to deal with emergency repairs at other times. Other services include our 24/7 reception which monitors access to the House helping to ensure that only those entitled to do so enter.

Our charges for residential stays include breakfast & evening meal. Visitors (staying up to 5 weeks) stay on a bed & breakfast basis but can arrange to take dinner at an extra charge. Residents can also invite guests to dinner by prior arrangement*. Meals are provided in the communal dining room.
