• VAT, at the rate of 17.5%, is charged on accommodation and services for the first four weeks and thereafter on services only
• Applicants who book at these rates and leave before 10 weeks will be surcharged pro rata. We may be able to offer special inclusive rates for stays of one to nine weeks
• All rates include hot water and central heating. Electricity is provided via a meter located in a cupboard in the bedroom. This takes £1 coins.

Visitor Rates
Rates for short term stays include breakfast and VAT (at the rate of 17.5%).

The Association reserves the right to revise the rates at any time by giving one week’s notice.
